3. Contact and journey requests

If you contact us by phone, email or a journey request, we process the data you provide, including name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination address, journey date, time and other details required to arrange the journey. Processing is used to handle your request, pre-contractual communication and performance of the carriage agreement under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The request form on this website opens the email application configured on your device. Details are transmitted only when you send that email.

4. Fixed-price calculator

When you actively use the fixed-price calculator, the pickup and destination addresses, date and time that you enter are sent server-side to Google Maps Platform so the journey route can be determined for the calculation you requested. Processing is used to handle your pre-contractual request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To protect the request against later changes, the calculated route, journey details, fixed price and a random booking ID are stored in a protected database. Your name and phone number are added only when you actively submit the booking request. These original details are authoritative when checking a request received through WhatsApp and are routinely deleted after no more than 90 days unless legal retention duties or an ongoing contract require longer storage.

5. WhatsApp

When you use the WhatsApp link, you leave this website and use a WhatsApp service. The provider's privacy terms apply. Please use WhatsApp only if you agree to this processing. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external websites are opened only after you actively click them. From that point, the relevant provider is responsible for processing on that service.
